A SURCHARGE OF R 50.00 WILL BE CHARGED PER ADDITIONAL STOP FOR TRANSFERS BEFORE 05h30 & AFTER 21h00 - AN ADDITIONAL R 50.00 WILL BE CHARGED PER TRANSFER IF A TRAILER IS REQUIRED A SURCHARGE OF R 100.00 WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CHARGES All rates are provided in full, per transfer (one way) and there are no additional costs per vehicle. All transfers are direct door to door. A surcharge of R 50.00 will be charged per additional stop. For transfers before 05h30 & after 21h00 - an additional R 50.00 will be charged per transfer. Baby Seats are provided at an additional charge of R 50.00 per baby seat. Medium trailers are provided at an additional charge of R 100.00 per trailer. Any additional requests will be quoted on an ad-hoc basis by our call centre. TERMS & CONDITIONS All rates are valid for the period 01 January 2012 to 31 December 2012. EZ Shuttle reserves the right to review all 2012 rates by 30 June 2012 and make the necessary adjustments, in lieu of forthcoming toll and fuel increases. EZ Shuttle will communicate any/all rates adjustments to corporate clients within 30days prior to the new rates taking effect. Any/all corporate agreements and rates are subject to terms agreed upon during negotiation with each client and EZ Shuttle reserves the right to revoke / amend any rates if the terms and conditions of agreement are not met. Any special arrangements, promotions and / or additional requests are to be quoted separately and do not form part of the rates quoted in this document. Any / all promotional, complimentary, and / or competition rates that do not form part of any formal agreements and, will be subject to standard rate prices and EZ Shuttle reserves the right to offer these rates at our discretion. This document does not constitute a binding contract and any rates set out here are subject to formal Service Level Agreements between EZ Shuttle and our clients.
